Offices and Departments

Owensboro Community and Technical College is organized into several key offices. Please refer to the summaries below or access the PDF for a complete alphabetical listing of all employees and offices.

  • Academic Affairs, located in the Administration Building, is responsible for all academic programs. Administrative duties are divided among divisions: Advanced Technologies & Trades, Allied Health, Humanities, Mathematics & Sciences, Nursing, and Social Sciences, Business & Public Service.
  • Student Affairs, located in the Campus Center, is in charge of everything that happens outside of the classroom. The vice president and his staff help students make the transition to college life, find co-curricular activities, identify financial aid resources, and plan their future careers.
  • Business Affairs includes Tuition & Fee Payment-in the Administration Building, Human Resources-on the Southeastern Campus, Maintenance and Operations-in the Campus Center, and the College Bookstore-Campus Center-lower level.
  • Institutional Advancement, in the Administration Building, manages the College's alumni outreach program, supports the efforts of the OCTC Foundation, Inc.,spearheads the annual giving and endowed giving initiatives and manages the grants department.
  • The Workforce Solutions unit, located on the Downtown Campus, ensures that OCTC continuously evolves to serves the workforce training and educational needs of the region.This unit oversees the adult education program, community education, workforce testing and customized training for business and industry.
