Owensboro Community & Technical College provides students a core foundation if they wish to transfer to a four-year university or they can acquire the skills necessary to enter the work force.

Within the Transfer Framework Agreement, all 60 hours taken by students are guaranteed to transfer to any Kentucky public institution.

OCTC provides two (2) guaranteed transfer Associate Degrees, thirteen (13) Associate in Applied Science Degrees, and twenty-two (22) diploma and certificate programs from which students can choose.
