Dear Reader,

 

Greetings from Owensboro Community and Technical College (OCTC).  This letter is to provide you with a brief explanation of the materials OCTC has enclosed in this boxed mailing.  You will find the following:

 

 

We have provided the documents on CD in a very user friendly format.  The specific instructions are identified inside the front cover of the CD case.  The system requirements for access are a personal or laptop computer with an internet browser (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer) and Adobe Acrobat Reader.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, the free download software address is listed inside the CD case.  Once you open the CD from your computer, click “Start Here.”  From our welcome page, you will find links to a copy of this letter, the Institutional Summary Form, a listing of the OCTC SACS Leadership Team, information about Navigating the Compliance Certification website, and the point of entry to the OCTC Compliance Certification.  All pages other than the welcome page include a blue border on the left with links that allow you to navigate back and forth between the sections of the compliance certification.
