Owensboro Community & Technical College offers many student services to enhance student learning. OCTC provides library services at all three campuses for research and a quiet place to work. The Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) is a model for the state in providing tutoring and supplemental instruction at no cost to students.

The OCTC bookstore is located at the Main Campus in the Campus Center lower level.

A comprehensive counseling program is coordinated by certified, qualified counselors who assist student with personal, social, career, and financial advising. The Career Resource Center offers e-discover - a computerized career and planning assessment tool. A personalized career exploration library is available to students.
