• How do I request an official transcript?

  • http://www.octc.kctcs.edu/StuSer/Records.htm .Students may visit the S.T.A.R.T Center located on OCTC's Main Campus to request a transcript or you can contact the S.T.A.R.T. Center at 686-4473.Transcripts requested will be prepared at a charge of $5 per requested transcript, $7 per transcript
    requested on demand, and $10 per requested transcript to be faxed.

  • The Mary Jo Young Scholarship sponsored by the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority covers the cost of tuition, materials and test preparation for approved dual credit courses offered throughout the state of Kentucky.
