• Responsible for the oversight, operation, and academic program development of the six county centers at Piedmont Technical College 
• Responsible for the administration of the Greenwood Campus of Piedmont Technical College, all public safety, facilities, and grounds for the College. 
• Develop and administer budgets for the six county centers and administration budget for the main campus 
• Responsible for all legal matters pertaining to the College and its Foundation 
• Monitor legislation/relationships on local, state, and national level 
• Responsible for operations of College in the absence of the President

Vice President for Institutional Advancement and General Counsel, January 2006 – April 2009 

• Responsible for all development, grant, and alumni activities 
• Develop and administer budgets. Responsible for the administration of a multi-million dollar Foundation budget 
• Raised over 10 million dollars in five years, with 8 million raised in a major gifts campaign with an original goal of 5 million dollars. 
• Involved in the development and execution of new academic programs 
• Responsible for all legal matters pertaining to the College and its Foundation 
• Monitor legislation/relationships on local, state, and national level. Serve as College liaison to the Commission on Higher Education.
