The Culinary Arts program at OCTC offers a comprehensive culinary program that will prepare you for a wide range of culinary careers. Whether you are a newcomer to the kitchen or an old pro, our program will teach you all aspects of food preparation, presentation and management. If you love to cook, you owe it to yourself to learn more.
As courses are offered in a rotating sequence, you are encouraged to take all culinary courses offered for which you are eligible. A new rotation begins every fall and we would be happy to have you join us.

This program has no special admission requirements.
You can earn an associate of applied science degree in two years if you maintain full-time status.
