Every OCTC Student may apply for a Student ID card.
Student ID cards are made at the main campus library located on the first floor of the Learning Resource Center. A government-issued photo ID and a copy of your current class schedule are required. This card also serves as a library card.
Regular scheduled hours during the fall, spring and summer semesters are as follows:
Monday-Tuesday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Wednesday-Thursday 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. No hours on Friday
