Windows Vista users:

To access your student records in PeopleSoft using Internet Explorer 7, you must check the box beside “Use TLS 1.0” on the Advanced Tab in Internet Options.  

  • In Internet Explorer, click Tools on the menu bar.

  • Click Internet Options.

  • Click the Advanced Tab.

  • Scroll down and find the “Use TLS 1.0” option. Click the box beside it to uncheck it.

  • Click OK.
