Performance Management
Students are introduced to a systematic, data-oriented approach to managing people for maximizing performance and quality. Data are used to measure and evaluate effectiveness of performance. Organizational and individual behavior will be studied in the context of increasing performance and quality. This is the stuff to make life really fun. Enjoy!

Next Class... Progress Review of your Project
You will need to have made some substantial progress - primarily due to the
graphing requirement. Let me help. This project will be worth at
least 100 points and it needs to be extremely comprehensive. Email or call
with questions.
Preparing for the Final!
1. A complete PIP document will need to be completed!
2. At least one ABC analysis will need to be completed to support one area
of the PIP.
3. At least 2 or 3 A/B form graphs will need to be utilized to support
your project for improvement
4. You will need to create an updated reinforcement list that can be
referenced on page 2 of the PIP.
I am looking for a very comprehensive project that covers
all elements of PM. This should be a
fun project. Of course it needs to be typed and systematically show that
you are making improvements.
Please start the project immediately so that the graphing of baseline data can
begin.
