QMS 101 Introduction
to Quality Systems
This course will introduce fundamental concepts, principles, and practices used to improve quality in organizations. The need for organizational change is reviewed and paradigms of quality are introduced. An overview of areas of change, methods of quality planning, and methods for implementing quality policies are provided.
The handouts below will be used in class. It would be very helpful if you would print out a copy of each chapter's notes prior to the class periods in which we review that specific material. This will make QT 101 a more efficient and enjoyable course.
