HIS 110 Special Topics in History for Study Abroad
Instructor: Roger Murphy

Designed for students enrolled in a study abroad program, History 110 is an academic course involving both traditional classroom learning and experimental learning opportunities in an international setting. This course will cover particular historical topic, period, personality or problem. Specific subject matter will vary according to the student and faculty interest and in relation to study abroad locations and opportunities. 3 hours credit

PS 210 Introduction to European Politics: East and West
Instructor: Roger Murphy

An introduction to the comparative study of political institutions, policy-making processes, citizen participation, and political outcomes in Eastern and Western European states. 3 hours credit

COM 254 Introduction to Intercultural Communication
Instructor: Stacy Edds-Ellis

An introduction to the topics of intercultural communication with an emphasis on the relationships between culture and communication, social/psychological variables verbal/nonverbal language systems, intercultural communication perceptions, and conflict resolution. contemporary issue sin cross-cultural interaction, media representation, and daily social interactions will be practically applied to intercultural communication concepts. 3 hours credit
